How do I return an item?

Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no return or exchange policy.

Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase as our policy have changed. Any additional inquiries, please email customer service.

  • No returns on all items. Approved exchanges allowed within 14 days from date of purchase (email customer service for approval, all shipping fees for exchanges are responsibly of the purchaser).
  • Please check all items in shopping cart before placing order. Orders cannot be edited after it is placed.
  • Upon receipt, please double-check all items against invoice.
  • If there is an error with your order, please contact customer service immediately (within 1 business day of receipt).

Do not ship any items back to us without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will NOT be process nor will it be shipped back again.
