- EACU products are sold to L.Ac. only. (Accredited OM students may contact customer service to set-up a student account). EACU products are not sold to the general public.
- Orders cannot be changed once it has been placed.
- *Any shipping address errors must be notified to 626.279.5158 or email order(at)eacustore(dot)com within 1 hour of order placement.
- After an order is placed, a hold will be placed on your credit card payment for the amount ordered. This does not mean the amount has been charged (Paypal payments are automatically charged with Paypal). Orders will only be charged when orders are ready to ship.
- Out of stock items will be notified by phone or email. In stock items will ship as normal. Vision Eye Care Massager colors may vary, for special request check of a particular color, please email order(at)eacustore(dot)com.
- Please double check all items in your order against your packing list/invoice upon receipt. Any errors must be notified to order(at)eacustore(dot)com with 2 business days. If package arrived damaged, please take photos and email them with description of how package arrived. Please also keep the damaged box, which may be needed for claims by our shipping carriers.
